International Parcel delivery to Latvia - Parcels Packages

I am located in London, United Kingdom (UK) and I want information on how is the best method of international parcel delivery to Latvia. There is no rush in delivery time, but I would like the parcel to be delivered as soon as possible. The parcel is about 2 ft by 1 ft by 1 ft in dimensions and weighs less than 2 kilos. Please tell me how much you will charge to pickup and deliver this parcel. Please also send me information on whether your company promises to deliver this parcel undamaged and what is your claims process if you do not. Although the package's contents are not fragile, can you recommend a best method to pad these contents? Oh, is there a way that I can track this parcel during transit? It's nothing urgent, but I do think it is nice to be able to observe this.
