Processing for incoming shipments varies partly by the value of the goods. If a parcel is worth less the $500 then clearance should take one night. Parcels valued at over $500 will take at least two days to process. All commercial shipments must be processed formally regardless of value. There will have to be a signature from the cosignee on the entry documentation before it can be cleared. Warehousing fees will apply in the meantime. Delivery is only available in Paramaribo.
