Hello. Our company would like to have a parcel delivered to Italy, to an address in the Puglia. This is a pretty urgent request. We would need to have an answer back from you within 24 hours. Pickup would be same day quote is confirmed. The parcel is quite sizeable and needs to be handled with care.
We would need to know the following from you. Quote on the parcel delivery to Italy, estimated transit time, any tracking methods you offer, delivery times at destination and the option of changing delivery time, whether or not you have additional insurance for artwork and the costs for insurance. Would this be included in the price or charged separately? Do you have skilled employees in Italy who are experienced in these types of delivery e.g. artwork? Do you have special storage facilities in Italy in case of delays? Can you take care of packing here and unpacking in Italy? Also, do you accept checks?
